Tai Chi XR application on the Meta Horizon Store (the “App”).
This Privacy Policy has been designed to meet the privacy standards of the Meta Horizon Store,
including compliance with Meta’s Virtual Reality Checks. By using the App, you consent to the

When you use Chen Tai Chi XR, we may process, collect, and store certain types of information
to provide and improve your immersive experience:
● Meta Horizon Profile Data: We may collect basic profile information provided by the
Meta Horizon platform, such as your Meta User ID, username, and Meta Avatar data, to
personalize your experience and track your progress within the App.
● Spatial, Movement, and Tracking Data: Because Chen Tai Chi XR is an interactive
spatial application, it relies on tracking your movements. The App processes spatial
data, including head tracking, hand tracking, and body tracking data. Note: In most
cases, movement data is processed locally on your Meta Quest headset in real-time to
reflect your Tai Chi movements and is not stored on our servers.
● App Usage and Performance Data: We collect analytics related to your interactions
within the App, such as session durations, completed Tai Chi routines, achievements,
and error or crash logs. This helps us identify technical issues and improve the App.
2. How We Use Your Data
We process and use the data we collect for the following specific purposes:
● To Provide Core Functionality: We use your Meta Profile Data and Avatar to create
your in-game identity. Movement and spatial tracking data are used in real-time to
analyze your Tai Chi postures, provide visual feedback, and allow you to interact with
the virtual environment.
● To Save Your Progress: Your User ID and gameplay data are used to save your
progress, unlock new routines, and update your personal statistics.
● To Improve the App: Usage and performance data (like crash reports) allow us to
troubleshoot bugs, monitor the overall health of the App, and design future updates to
enhance user experience.
● To Communicate with You: If you contact our support team, we will use the information
you provide to resolve your issue and respond to your inquiry.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

fulfilled, all associated profile data, saved progress, and stored usage history will be
permanently erased from our servers.
● Exceptions: In rare cases where we cannot fulfill a deletion request (for example, if we
are legally obligated to retain certain transaction records), we will provide you with a
clear justification explaining why the data cannot be deleted.
